DO THESE 5 THINGS AND STAY HEALTHY

  1. Don’t Smoke.no smoking

  2. Eat a Healthy Diet.

  3. Be Physically Active.

    20-30 minutes most days of the week oughta do the trick. That’s all it takes to maintain your weight. If you have a little weight to lose bump up your physical activity. Either way, choose activities you enjoy.

  4. Stay at  a Healthy Weight.scale

    Don’t let portion sizes get away from you! Balance the number of calories you eat with the number of calories you burn off in activity. Calculate your daily calorie burn. Not quite at your healthy weight? Aim for a 500 calorie deficit a day to drop weight at a healthy rate. That means cut 500 calories out of your diet, burn an additional 500 calories through physical activity (spin class, 5 mile jog) or do some combination of physical activity and dietary cut. wine glass

  5. Drink Alcohol Only in Moderation

    One drink a day for women, two a day for  men. Otherwise you’re poisoning yourself, fool! That’s 12 oz. of beer, 5 oz. of wine, or 1.5 oz. 80-proof distilled spirits.
